About the Role
The Product Manager will lead the development and strategy for our user-focused app catering to NurseDash Professionals (NDPros), focusing on enhancing user experience and driving product growth. This role requires a balance of technical knowledge, business acumen, and leadership skills to manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap in alignment with company goals, with a specific focus on our user-focused app catering to NurseDash Professionals (NDPros).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to deliver high-quality products on time, ensuring the app meets the evolving needs of NDPros.
- Conduct market research and gather user feedback from NDPros to inform product decisions and prioritize features that enhance their professional experience.
- Define and analyze metrics to measure the success and impact of the app on NDPros' engagement and satisfaction.
- Act as a product evangelist, representing NurseDash at industry events and with key partners, with a particular emphasis on features and services beneficial to NDPros.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of product management experience in a tech or healthcare environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence and/or other similar tools).
- Willingness to travel as needed for market research and partner engagement.
